Nathalie Codignola worked as an Intellectual Property Paralegal for 15 years, both in consulting firms and in the legal departments of multinational corporations, before qualifying as an attorney. She joined Novagraaf in 2020, and is based in our Geneva office in Switzerland.
Nathalie holds a Master 2 in Internet and Information Systems Law (University of Strasbourg) and a University Diploma (D.U.) in Intellectual Property (University of Nantes) and a Master 1 in Business Law (Paris 1 la Sorbonne).
Nathalie is a member of the AROPI (French-speaking Association of Intellectual Property).
Areas of expertise
Nathalie's specialist areas include: trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition and customs procedures. She is involved both in the prosecution and valuation (filing, portfolio valuation, contract) of intellectual property rights and the defence of them (formal notice, opposition, infringement seizure, pre-litigation procedures, negotiation, administrative litigation, counterfeiting).
