A Patent Attorney, Stéphanie Landais-Patarin provides clients with patent advice particularly in the areas of immunology, biotechnology, oncology, cellular functions and molecular regulations, genetics and epigenetics, microbiology, cell and molecule lines, hepatology and liver diseases, genetic diseases and rare diseases, infectious diseases, metabolism, development biology, medical devices, plant biology, the extraction of products derived from nature, cosmetology and dermatology, sequencing, micro-arrays and screening. Stéphanie develops IP strategies for the protection of inventions, drafts supplementary protection certificates and advises on the validity of third-party patents.
Career history
Stéphanie holds a doctorate in molecular and cellular biology (Université Paris V). She also holds a degree from the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), specialising in patents (University of Strasbourg) in 2003. Stéphanie has been a French Patent Attorney since 2010 and a European Patent Attorney at the EPO since 2008.
Stéphanie began her career in an IP office in 2000. She joined Bredema in 2007 and then Novagraaf Technologies, due to the merging of the two offices in 2009.
