Senior IP lawyer, Ariane Deruy joined Novagraaf as Head of the Swiss Trademark Team in November 2021.
Ariane assists clients with IP strategy and management advisory services, litigation and pre-contentious support, agreement negotiations, and tailored trademark searching, watching and enforcement solutions.
Career history
Ariane obtained a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property (LL.M.) in 2003 from the University of Leicester in the UK. She started her career as a lawyer in the Corporate Support and Compliance division at Ernst & Young before joining a renowned IP firm in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Since 2008, Ariane has pursued her IP career in Switzerland, in both private practice and multinational companies, before joining Novagraaf.
