Terms and conditions for the new trademark watching discount

Existing clients of Novagraaf France can choose to sign up for a discount for a new trademark watching in 2021, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The 50% discount is open to clients of Novagraaf France only.
• The offer covers trademark watching agreements for 2021 for a single trademark only.
• Employees or agencies of Novagraaf, or anyone else connected with the trademark watching, are not eligible for this discount.
• Requests will not be considered if they are put forward in the name of another entity or person.
• The watching discount offer starts on 14 December 2020 and closes on 31 December 2021. Requests received outside this time period will not be fulfilled.
• Eligible participants will be contacted by email or telephone within 10 working days.
• Novagraaf shall use and take care of any personal information supplied to it as part of this offer as described in its privacy policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. 
• Entrants into the trademark watching 50% discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The trademark watching 50% discount will be governed by French law and entrants to the trademark watching 50% discount submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
