Max Hübner appointed as new Managing Director, Novagraaf Netherlands

Leading IP service provider Novagraaf is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Hübner, as the new Managing Director of Novagraaf Nederland BV. Hübner has more than 20 years of experience in managing legal organisations in both the public and private sectors, including previous roles at PGGM and USG Legal. He joined the firm on 1 December.

Max Hübner brings a drive to further professionalise the delivery of legal services to his new position of Managing Director at Novagraaf Netherlands. He also shares the company’s passion for developing innovative customer solutions.

“Max Hübner has strong roots within the legal advisory world in the Netherlands and considerable experience in change management,” said Lutgarde Liezenberg, CEO of the Novagraaf Group, announcing the appointment. “We value his desire to find new ways to serve customers optimally, whether through more efficient business operations and innovative solutions. Thanks to his background and passion, I believe he is the right person to take the service of Novagraaf Netherlands to the next level.”

Hübner studied Dutch and international law and business administration at the Open University. Over his career, he has held various legal management positions, including as Director of Legal and Director of Business Services at USG Legal, and as Director of Corporate Legal and Tax at PGGM. In his previous role, Hübner was Executive Director Legal Management & Operations at DPA Professionals.

Hübner succeeds Martine Meerkatt, who was previously Interim Manager, Novagraaf Netherlands.
