Lianne van Boxel

A BMM Certified Trademark and Design Attorney, Lianne van Boxel advises international companies on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, designs, copyrights and trade names. In addition, she focuses on conducting trademark availability searches. She also negotiates settlements on behalf of her clients and has extensive experience in advising clients on worldwide trademark portfolio management.

Lianne studied Private Law, specialising in intellectual property, at the VU University in Amsterdam, and joined Novagraaf in February 2017. In 2009, Lianne obtained her diploma from the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Attorneys training institute. She is also a European Trademark and Design Attorney.

Lianne previously worked for a patent and trademark firm in Amsterdam, where she acquired experience in managing trademark portfolios for international clients and medium-sized companies in various business sectors.
