Rose-Marie began her career in intellectual property at Novagraaf in 2020. 

Achtergrond

Rose-Marie holds a master's degree in Intellectual Property Law (Master 2 Droit de l'innovation et propriété industrielle) from the Paris-Saclay University in 2020. She previously obtained a Master 1 in General Private Law from the University of Bordeaux. 

Since September 2021, Rose-Marie has been responsible for Novagraaf's patent recordals and contracts department, where she manages large portfolios for corporates, public institutions, SMEs, individual inventors, patent management companies and foreign agents. She also specialises in drafting patent contracts; in particular, assignment, licensing and research and development contracts. 

In June 2024, she joined the trademark team as an IP lawyer.
